Women who can listen received high marks during our survey. A majority of men felt that good communication is the key to happy relationships, and they want their partners to be able to not just talk, but also listen, regardless of what the topic may be. For instance, many mentioned that they felt ignored or overlooked when their girlfriends had little to no input on his big news. On the other hand, a good portion of men also stated that all they needed was a good listener and that they didn’t require any contribution to the topic. Go figure.
