Are you guilty of blaming your company for having too many meetings when you simply overslept, didn’t hear your alarm, and ended up missing an important work meeting? People who do not take responsibility for mistakes and blame everyone except themselves is a major turn off. Look at it this way: you can never be in the wrong if you simply own up to your mistakes.
