5. When you’re suspicious and you call him, he answers from a quiet place
If you’ve gotten a little suspicious and phoned your boyfriend or husband, only to have him answer from somewhere unusually quiet, this could be a sign of an affair. When he’s with a secret lover, he won’t want you to be able to work out where he is. In order to avoid giving you any information about his location so he can come up with a plausible lie, he may go somewhere quiet to answer the call.
