“I just want to forget everything and I end up drinking too much.” You want to be free from all of the heartache and sadness and you use alcohol to find a moment of serenity. Sure, alcohol can take away your pain for a few hours, but don’t forget that you’ll wake up to the same reality. It’s also unhealthy to binge drink. If you decide to drink, make sure you know when to stop.
