Today, we targeted approximately 500 male participants in the workforce aged between their late teens and late 20s and asked them to share some of the comments that have boosted their pride.

“I figured that she might have good insight,” an impressed man in his 20s shares. Acknowledging his talent and capability at work can really stimulate his confidence. Try to use it sparingly and only to those who are truly talented. If he’s working overtime every day just because he can’t digest the workload, that’s not true talent.
