This time, we surveyed women to come up with ways to express your needs without making your guy feel like he’s being attacked.
1. Compliment your boyfriend to make him feel comfortable and then try raising your issue. Maybe say, “It would be even better if you could do this…”
“He listens to me when he’s in a good mood.” Do something to get your boyfriend into the right frame of mind, to make him want to listen. Then tell him what you want him to fix. Rather than being disapproving, choose positive words like, “You would be even more amazing if you…”
